Unsure if you have suspended floors?

Houses can have both solid and suspended timer floors.

An easy test for whether you have suspended floors is to jump or stamp on the floor and feel how the floor reacts. If there is any 'give' or vibration / echo, it's likely suspended floors.

If there is none and the ground is hard, this indicates solid flooring.
