What is the boiler grants scheme?
Free gas boiler grants are available as part of the ECO3 scheme set up by OFGEM (Office of Gas and Electricity Markets) and the Government, with aims to reduce carbon emissions and tackle fuel poverty in the UK. The scheme requires the main energy providers in the UK to help in improving the ability of low income, fuel poor and vulnerable households to heat their homes nationwide.
Gas boiler grants are free to claim for you to replace your broken, old or inefficient boiler. At Hinckley Heat we are able to provide these grants to you through your local trusted and approved ECO installer.

Do I qualify for a free boiler grant?
To qualify for a free gas boiler grant you must meet the eligibility criteria listed below.
- Home Owner
- Broken or old, inefficient boiler
- Yourself or someone living in the property is inn receipt of a qualifying benefit

How do I get my gas boiler grant installed?
Gas Boiler grants can be installed by approved and Trustmark accredited ECO installers. Applying for a grant through Hinckley Heat is a simple process and ensures you are in put in touch with reliable and trusted installers.
We simply take your online application details and forward them to one of our approved, contracted ECO installers. From here, your local installer will be in contact to discuss the next steps and the installation of your new gas boiler.
