How Does the process work?

  • We will confirm that you meet all the necessary criteria
  • We'll then need to check your annual household income and or other necessary criteria specific to claiming your grant.
  • We will also confirm your status (whether you own your own home or you're a private tenant)
  • For Gas Boiler grants we will ask for the current model of your boiler, it's age and location in your home.
  • For First Time Central Heating we will identify the current method of heating in your home and if there is gas to your property/street.
  • For Under Floor insulation grants we will ask whether you have you over 50% suspended floors and other details of your home.

If you have all of this information, we will be able to get your application processed a lot quicker.

All installations will be contracted to one of our approved ECO installers and Trustmark accredited contractors who will be in contact to discuss survey.
